Design / Build
Prins Construction - Development has been on the forefront of Design Build Construction Management since its conception. Design/Build is a construction method where a property owner or building owner assembles either an Architect led or Builder led Team that will work together to design, engineer and construct a facility.

Design/Build allows for the sharing of ideas among the Team to provide for the most cost effective design and construction. This often equates to a lower design costs and the launch of projects much quicker. It also eliminates the requirement for complete bidding documents and the time required for the bidding process.

With design documents substantially complete, the builder can then solicit bids from subcontractors. From these bids initial budgets and cost estimates are derived.
